drop in和drop by的区别

一、意思不一样：

drop in：略正式， 顺便拜访某人顺路拜访去拜访某人

drop by：口语中常用，多事临时起意， 偶然(或顺便)走访来串个门儿，顺便进去。

二、用法上的区别：

1、drop in后面可以跟on，后接拜访的人。

例句：The drop in travel is bad news for the airline industry。

旅游热降温对航空业来说是个坏消息。

2、drop by一般不这么使用。

例句：I have to drop by the bank to get some money。

我得到银行去取一下钱。

drop in和drop by的区别

drop in 顺便去某地，顺便拜访某人。在某地，某人前要加上介词。

drop in at +地点

drop in on +某人

drop by 顺便访问，随便进入。相当于come over to 或drop in ，后面直接加地点。
